The Peruvian´s death road (KARKATERA) is a new tourist attraction highly recommended by many riders who have visited this place, our circuit has been carefully designed to offer you a super circuit that combines one of the deepest canyons in the world such as the Apurimac (3,000 meters )and the Peruvian death road (Karateka) that will leave you absolutely shocked, the impressive views are not recommended for people who have vertigo at heights.

We leave early from Cusco 3,350 m.a.s.l., we will follow the highway to Lima, after 2 hours we will arrive at the Cunyac bridge 1730 m.a.s.l., this bridge marks the beginning of the Apurimac canyon which we will visit during the rest of the day.
Lunch will be in Curahuasi and in the afternoon we will have a special 55 km dirt road crossing the accidental flank of the Apurimac canyon at 1200 meters above the Apurimac river, our objective will be to reach the village of San Pedro de Cachora (2910 m.a.s.l.), we will spend the night in this Villa.
This beautiful day we will start with a delicious breakfast, this day we will have a 100 percent dirt road, the road has many curves with ups and downs, the road is perfect to enjoy a good riding. During the journey we will pass through the beautiful Villa de Huanipaca, from this point we will have to travel for another hour to Karkatera Death Road, Karkatera has many tunnels, roads in abysses, the roads in the middle of the mountains were chiseled by the community members during the century XX, this road is super dangerous, you will need to concentrate 100 percent on your driving, surviving Karkatera will be a super challenge, this second day ends in Abancay, village of eternal spring.
This last day we will have a 100 percent asphalt road, we start from the Abancay valley at 2,370 m.a.s.l., in 50 minutes we will arrive at the Abancay pass (3,990 m.a.s.l.), and then descend to the Apurímac canyon once again,
We will make a stop at some hot springs located in the valley of this impressive canyon, and finally in 3 more hours from this point we will be arriving in the city of Cusco, where we will be rewarded for surviving the extreme Peruvian death road.
