City Tour – Sacred Valley – Lares (Hot Springs) 2D/1N

We start early with the visit of the Cathedral of Cusco, our professional guide will explain us about its construction and history and will give us more ideas of what the amazing Inca culture was, after some short driving classes in our office, we go to the district from Maras where we will visit the salt mines of Maras and Moray, then we will take a dirt road with incredible landscapes of the Urubamba mountain range and the sacred valley, this road will take us to Ollantaytambo, our lunch will be in this Inca village and we will also take the opportunity to visit its archaeological complex, then we go along a dirt road that in approx. 2 hours will take us to the hot springs of Lares, this route is full of living Inca culture and we will have the possibility of stopping at the tourist’s disposal, its beautiful lagoons, gigantic llamas and alpacas in their natural habitat will leave us a nice memory, finally we will relax in the medicinal waters of Lares, where we will also spend the night.

We start the tour along an asphalt road until we reach the Lares pass (4,200 m.a.s.l), then a descent of about 50 minutes to Calca awaits us, once in the Sacred Valley we continue to Pisac for about 30 more minutes, after visiting the archaeological complex we will have lunch in Pisac town and finally after some sinuous curves we will arrive at Tambomachay, Qenqo and Sacsayhuaman, which will be explained in detail by our guide, after 10 min. We will arrive at our office where the tour ends.
