Amazon Jungle Tour Peru - Manu Motorcycle Tour

The Manu Jungle Motorcycle Tour is a 4-day guided motorcycle adventure from Cusco to the Amazon Rainforest, designed for international travelers seeking a scenic and adventurous motorcycle tour in Peru. The route follows the legendary road to Manu, riding from the Andes into one of South America’s most biodiverse and remote regions.

The journey is mostly on paved mountain and jungle roads, combined with short off-road sections, including jungle tracks, sandy stretches, and occasional river crossings. This balance makes the tour ideal for riders who want an adventure-focused experience without extreme technical difficulty, while still reaching remote areas where the jungle begins to dominate the landscape.

A key highlight of the tour is the visit to the Diamante Native Community, home of the Yine Indigenous people (Arawak linguistic family), located along the Alto Madre de Dios River in the Manu Province, Madre de Dios region—an area traditionally accessed by boat due to limited road infrastructure.

Situated in the low Amazon rainforest at approximately 200 meters above sea level (650 ft), the region offers a dramatic contrast to the high Andes and an immersive jungle environment rich in wildlife and culture.

Designed and operated by Big Trail Cusco, the Manu Jungle Motorcycle Tour combines scenic paved riding, light off-road adventure, cultural encounters, and remote exploration, making it perfect for riders looking for a motorcycle tour from Cusco to the Amazon and an authentic Peru jungle motorcycle experience.
