Sacred Valley Bike Tour (Half Day)

We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco. Then we’ll drive to Cruzpata Village, where our adventure will start. Our staff will give a safety briefing and a short training on how to properly use the bikes and equipment. Once ready we’ll depart to Moray. Along the way you’ll see the beautiful Andean landscapes, including the Huaypo lagoon, located next to the bike road.

Next, we’ll be arriving at Moray. This incredible Inca site has circular terraces known as “Andenes”. These structures were used by the Incas to grow crops which came from warm climates, such as the cloud forest region. After having a tour of Moray, we’ll go to the Maras Salt Mines.

Maras has numerous square salt wells from where the unique pink salt is extracted. Our tour guide will explain to you the salt gathering process.

Finally, we’ll go back to Cruzpata village, and then return to Cusco city.
